JUDGEMENT

(1.) Shri Samir Kumar Bhattacharyya, and the Ld. Counsel for the operational creditor are present. After admission of the petition u/s. 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 reference was made to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) for recommending the name of an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) .

(2.) We have received a mail from the IBBI whereby the name of Shri Samir Kumar Bhattacharyya has been recommended for appointment as IRP.

(3.) In view of the recommendation of IBBI we hereby appoint Shri Samir Kumar Bhattacharyya (E-mail : skbhatt54@qmaii.com) as Interim Resolution Professional.
