- (1.)The Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India vide letter dated 08.12.2017 has recommended the name of Mr. Deepak Maini, Regn. No. (IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00676/2017-18/11149) as the Insolvency Resolution Professional.
(2.)We accept the aforesaid recommendation made by the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and confirm the same. Accordingly, Mr. Deepak Maini is appointed as Resolution Professional.
(3.)A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Bench officer.
