JUDGEMENT

(1.) C.A. No. 334(PB) /2017 This is an application filed with a prayer to grant permission to the Insolvency Resolution Professional, Shri Rajesh Samson to withdraw as such for conducting the proceedings in (IB) -123(PB) /2017. In the application dated 10.08.2017, in place of Shri Rajesh Samson, the alternative name of Shri Kanwal Goel as IRPJias-been proposed by the applicant. Notice of the application.

(2.) Mr. Alok Aggarwal, learned Counsel for the non-applicant-respondent accepts notice. He does not raise any objection to the appointment of Shri Kanwal Goel as a substitute of Shri Rajesh Samson.

(3.) In view of above, application is allowed. Shri Rajesh Samson is permitted to withdraw from the insolvency process in (IB) -123(PB) /2017 and as a substitute Shri Kanwal Goel is appointed to act as IRP.
