(1.) The facts necessary for the disposal of this appeal are as under:-

In January, 1972, a suit was filed by Harbans Lal and four others under Section 92 of the Code of Civil Procedure after seeking permission under Order 1 Rule 8, CPC for removal of Mahant Gurmukh Dass from the Managership of Sodal Trust Property which is situated in the estate of Jalandhar City for the following reliefs:-
