JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for directing respondent No.5 to file status report in FIR No.67 dated 24.10.2012.

(2.) This Court has been monitoring the investigation from time to time and issuing directions. A fresh affidavit dated 05.08.2019 has been filed by Deputy Inspector General of Police, Ludhiana Range, Ludhiana, wherein it has been stated as under:-
