JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is petition for quashing of complaint (Annexure P-1) for offence under Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act read with Clause 19(1)(a) of the Fertilizer Control Order and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, as against the petitioner.

(2.) IT comes out that sample of dia-ammonium fertilizer had been taken from the premises of the Badhni Kalan Cooperative Agri. Service Society Limited, Badhni Kalan, District Faridkot on 17.10.1996.

(3.) PETITIONER has also placed copy of the document issued by IFFCO in this respect and addressed to Chief Agriculture Officer.
