(2.) THE petitioners, it is stated, solemnized their marriage amongst themselves at Sri Nirankari Darbar (Rawalpindi), Sector 21-B, Chandigarh on 25.3.2007 (Annexure-P.6). It is submitted that the said marriage between the petitioners was not to the liking of respondent No.4-father of petitioner No.2 as it was an inter-case marriage. THErefore, respondent No.4 by exercising his influence on the Police authorities i.e. SSP, Ludhiana (respondent No.2) and SHO, Police Station Division No.7, Jamalpur, Ludhiana (respondent No.3) is harassing the petitioners. By way of the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the petitioners seek directions from this Court to the respondents not to harass Cr. M. No.19513-M/2007
