JUDGEMENT

(1.) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 7.

(2.) During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has produced additional affidavits of both the petitioners. As per their affidavits, petitioner No.1 -Kamini Bhardwaj has passed Bachelor of Arts in the year 2015 and was employed as teacher in a private school, Sardar Gurmukh Memorial School, Nun, District Mewat, whereas petitioner No.2 -Ravinder Kumar has passed 10+2 as well as Diploma in Lab Technician in the year 2005 and opened his own laboratory in Sohna, District Gurgaon M.K.D. Hospital under the name and style of Chauhan Laboratory. The said affidavits are taken on record.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are major and have solemnized their marriage in accordance with law. However, respondents No.4 to 7 are not accepting their marriage and are adamant to separate them from each other by resorting to illegal means.
