JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel would place reliance upon an order dated 06.05.2016 passed by this Court in CRM No.M-15734 of 2016 to contend that co-accused Pawandeep Singh Bakhshi who although was stated to be armed with a kirch has been granted ad interim protection as regards arrest.

(2.) It is contended that the role attributed to the present petitioner is of being armed with a stick and having given a blow with the same. Notice of motion, returnable on 16.08.2016. To be listed along with CRM No. M-15734 of 2016.

(3.) In the meanwhile, petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer and to join investigation.
