THE prayer made in the writ petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to allocate the share reserved for Scheduled Castes category in the appointment of Guest Faculty teachers and to interview and appoint him against the posts of Hindi Teacher, to the extent of 20% share reserved for Scheduled Castes Category For the aforementioned relief claimed in the present writ petition, the petitioners have already got served a representation dated March 24, 2006 (P-5).
