JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONER Surjit Singh has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect his life and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. After hearing counsel for the petitioner and going through the contents of the petition, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach senior police officers against the alleged harassment at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5.
