THE prayer made in the writ petition is to quash the order of transfer dated 20.7.2006 (P-2) qua the petitioner and order dated 1.9.2006 (P-4) of private respondent qua her and further to prohibit respondents from transferring the petitioner from G.S.S.S. Adhoya and direct the respondents to retain the petitioner in G.S.S.S. Adhoya, District Ambala, in view of couple case and in view of violation of transfer policy of rationalization.
