JUDGEMENT

(1.) AFTER hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we find that in identical controversy between the students and the University arising out of C.W.P. No.16333 of 2005 decided on November 29,2005 ( Pawan Deep Kaur Dalam and others V. State of Punjab and others), the following order was passed by a Division Bench of this Court:

(2.) IN view of the stand taken by the respondents in the aforesaid case, the present writ petition is also disposed of in the same terms. Consequently, the petitioner shall be treated to be eligible for admission to the course under reference.
