JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioners contends that petitioner no.1 was attacked by Rajeshwar etc. He suffered injuries, which are reflected in the MLR (Annexure P-1). Thereafter, Rajeshwar etc., in order to save themselves, got the present FIR registered by the complainant, who is none other but the wife of Rajeshwar. Notice of motion to Advocate General, Punjab for 19.9.2006. Meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioners, they shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
