JUDGEMENT

(1.) COUNSEL for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was a salaried employee of Centre for Management Research and Development, a company registered under the Companies Act. The main accused Mr.Joseph Elderidge, the Managing Director and C.E.O. of the Company has been arrested and is behind bars. No specific role has been attributed to the petitioner, apart from the fact that she performed her duties as an employee. Notice of motion to the standing counsel for Union Territory, Chandigarh, for 8.9.2006.

(2.) MEANWHILE, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on interim anticipatory bail by the Arresting Officer to his satisfaction, subject to the following conditions :-
