(2.) PETITIONER has filed this writ petition, with a prayer to quash show cause notice dated September 01,2006, Annexure P-19. Records reveal that by that notice, the petitioner was asked to show cause as to why the amount, as mentioned in that notice, be not determined and recovered from him. PETITIONER was also given an opportunity to appear before the Managing Director of the respondent-Corporation. In reply to that notice, the petitioner has already filed a representation . Counsel for the petitioner states that by now, no decision has been conveyed to the petitioner. If that is so, it is not necessary to go into disputed facts involved in this case.
