JUDGEMENT

(1.) This regular second appeal by appellants/plaintiffs is directed against the judgment and decree dated 10.10.1985 passed by learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Nabha (Patiala), whereby the suit for possession filed by the plaintiffs was dismissed as well as against the judgment and decree dated 16.02.1987 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Patiala, whereby the appeal preferred by the appellants/plaintiffs has also been dismissed.
