(1.) CM No.5937-CII of 2014 In view of the averments made in the application duly supported by an affidavit, prayer is allowed. Delay of 306 days in filing the accompanying appeal stands condoned.

The instant appeal is directed against the award dated 16.2.2013 passed in MACT Case No.94 of 4.5.2012 by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gurgaon to the limited extent whereby recovery rights have been granted to respondents No.3 and 5 to recover the compensation amount awarded to the claimants from the present appellant being the owner of the vehicle.
