JUDGEMENT

(1.) SHAM Lal petitioner, vide judgment order dated 28-1-1986 passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad, was convicted under section 9 of the opium Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years and to pay a fine of Rs. 1000/- and in default of payment of fine, to undergo further rigorous imprisonment for three months. The appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 13.5.1986. Hence this revision petition.
