JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is husband's appeal preferred against the order of the Additional District Judge, Panipat, vide which petition filed under Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act by the wife was allowed and a declaratory decree in favour of the wife and against the husband was passed to the effect that the marriage of husband with one Suneeta who was impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the petition, is null and void.
