(1.) The Lawyers are abstaining from work.

(2.) Prayer in this petition is for transfer of the petition filed under Sec. 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending in the Family Court, Ludhiana to the competent Court of jurisdiction at Yamuna Nagar.

(3.) It is stated in the petition that on account of a matrimonial discord, the petitioner has got registered an FIR No.470 dtd. 23/11/2021 under Ss. 323, 406 and 498-A IPC at Police Station Jagadhir City, District Yamuna Nagar.
