JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 168 dtd. 21/3/2022, under Ss. 420, 406, 506 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Ganaur, District Sonepat.

(2.) This Court vide order dtd. 19/5/2022, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation.

(3.) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI-Hari Om submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.
