JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners seek grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.25, dated 6.2.2011, registered under Sections 452/324/307/323/506/34 of the IPC, at Police Station Phagwara City, District Kapurthala. On the last date of hearing, the following order was passed:-

COUNSEL for the respondent, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, has accepted the fact that the petitioners had also suffered injuries and that the medical opinion regarding the seriousness of the injuries on the complainant was obtained from a private doctor. He is also not in a position to deny that no action has been taken against the complainant with regard to the injuries suffered by the petitioners.
