PURSHOTTAM BAJAJ AND ANR. Vs. STATE OF HARYANA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 752 dated 22.11.2008, under Section 498A, 406, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Central, Faridabad.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners have been enlarged on bail pursuant to the directions issued by this Court dated 22.12.2008 and they have joined the investigation.

(3.) LEARNED Counsel for the complainant has opposed the bail application. He states that dowry articles have not been recovered, hence, custodial interrogation is must.
