JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 813 dated 9.10.2010 under Sections 498A/406/323/34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Hisar Sadar, District Hisar.

(2.) LEARNED Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.

(3.) CONSIDERING totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, CRM No. M -36701 of 2010 -2 -petition is allowed. Order dated 15.12.2010 is made absolute, subject to the conditions mentioned under Section 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure 5. ever, it is clarified that Petitioner shall keep on co -operating in the investigation and if he fails to do so Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to get the bail cancelled.
