BHUPINDER SINGH Vs. STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PRESENT petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for production of Smt. Kuldip Kaur, stated to be the wife of the Petitioner. Kuldip Kaur appeared in this Court on 2.2.2011 and the statements of the parties were recorded separately and this Court on 2.2.2011 passed the following order:

(2.) KULDIP Kaur is present in this Court. She stated that the Petitioner is already married, therefore, she intended to stay in her parental house and do not want to accompany the Petitioner. The statement of parties have been recorded separately, which may be read as a part of this order.
