(1.) Heard Mr. B. Chowdhury, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr. S. Sarma, learned Central Government Counsel, appearing for the respondents.
(2.) Challenge in this writ petition is to an order dated 08.08.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.606/2016, whereby the writ petition was dismissed. Essentially, prayer was made for quashing a communication dated 03.11.2015 issued by the respondent No.2 rejecting a representation filed by the writ petitioner as also praying for reinstating him to the post of Constable (GD) after setting aside the order of termination dated 26.12.1995.

The petitioner had approached this Court earlier by filing a writ petition, which was registered as WP(C) No.2686/2014 and the said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 18.08.2015 directing the Director General, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Group Commandant, CISF to consider the representation to be filed by the writ petitioner. The said writ petition was filed assailing a communication dated 04.01.2014 rejecting the representations submitted by the petitioner consequent upon his acquittal in Hajo Police Station Case No.220/1994 registered under Sections 147/148/149/447/326/302 IPC.;
