N.KOTISWAR SINGH,J. - (1.) Heard Mr. B. Chanda, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. D. Borah, learned Standing Counsel for the Health Department as well as Mr. B. Gogoi, learned Standing Counsel for the Finance Department.
(2.) In this petition, the petitioner is claiming for payment of salary and allowances w.e.f. May, 2017.
(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially engaged as a Grade-IV Staff temporarily without any pay and allowances in the Office of the ANM Training Centre, Morigaon as permitted by the authorities on 10.09.2013. Thereafter, her service was recommended for regularization against an existing vacancy in Grade-IV posts and her service was accordingly, regularized vide order dated 27.12.2013. Thereafter, the petitioner was placed at Morigaon Civil Hospital against a vacant post and allowed to work at the ANM Training Centre, Morigaon vide letter dtd. 31.01.2014.;
