JUDGEMENT

Hitesh Kumar Sarma, J. - (1.) This is a criminal revision petition, filed under Section 397/401 Cr.PC, challenging the legality, propriety and correctness of the order, dated 1.6.2011, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, in CR Case No. 120/2008, against the present accused-petitioner under Sections 342/385/294/506/34 IPC and the order subsequent thereto, i.e. 20.7.2011 fixing the case for further examination of the witnesses for the complainant.
(2.) I have perused the copy of the FIR which is annexed as Annexure-1 at page-12 as well as petition of the complaint annexed as Annexure-2 at page-15 onwards.
(3.) Heard Mr. S.K. Muktar, learned counsel for the petitioner assisted by learned counsel Mr. S. Ramananda as well as Mr. T. Baidya, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 & 3. State respondent No. 1 is represented by learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. S.H. Bora.;
