(1.) Heard Ms. S. B. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. C. Baruah, learned Standing Counsel, AG and Mr. D. Nath, learned Additional Senior
Govt. Advocate for the State respondent.
(2.) The present petition is filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to release family pension to the petitioner on account of infirmities suffered by her under Rule 143 (ii) (C) of the Assam
Services Pension Rules, 1969 as well as Office Memorandum dated 16.01.2013 issued by the Govt. of
India in this regard for providing pension to unmarried daughter of deceased pensioner as well as
physically disabled daughter.
(3.) The petitioner is suffering from physical disabilities of hearing and speech to the extent of 90% as indicated in the identity card of the petitioner, a copy of which is annexed as
Annexure - D.;
