JUDGEMENT

SANJAY KUMAR MEDHI,J. - (1.) Heard Mr. A. F. N. U. Mollah, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also, heard Mr. N. Sharma, learned Standing counsel for the respondents No. 1, 2 & 4 and Mr. K. Nayak, learned State counsel for the respondent No. 3, the Deputy Commissioner, Nagaon, Assam. Mr. R. De, learned counsel for the respondents No. 5 & 6 is also present.
(2.) Considering the issue at hand and the fact that this writ petition is pending since the year 2015, the same is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
(3.) The case projected by the petitioner is that he was duly appointed as an Assistant Teacher in the Kampur H.S. & M.P. School in the district of Nagaon vide order dated 27.03.2001 and he was serving in the said capacity without any blemish. After serving about 15 years, the petitioner had resigned from his service by submitting a resignation letter dated 22.01.2015, on the ground that the same was done out of mental depression and sudden provocation due to extreme financial hardship.;
