JUDGEMENT

Nelson Sailo, J. - (1.) Heard Mr. SK Goswami, the learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. MK Choudhury, the learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. P Bharadwaj appearing on behalf of respondent No.3. Mr. MR Adkihari, the learned State counsel appears on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. By filing this writ petition, the writ petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondents, more particularly, the respondent No.3 to allow them to undertake the Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) pursuant to their selection and deputation by the Secretary Incharge , Revenue N.C. Hills Autonomous Council, Haflong. Although, selected, they were not permitted to undergo the training. This Court on 30.08.2017, by an interim order directed the respondent authority concerned to allow the two writ petitioners to undertake the RCCC training. Since then, they have successfully completed their training.
(2.) The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that in view of their completion of training, the writ petition filed by the writ petitioners can be closed by making the interim order dated 30.08.2017 absolute.
(3.) The learned senior counsel Mr. MK Choudhury as well as Mr. MR Adhikari, the learned State counsel agrees to the same.;
