JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is directed against the order, dated 03.04.2007 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Guwahati Bench.

(2.) The respondent No. 1 is the contesting respondent. The respondent Nos. 1 to 6 appeared in the selection test of PGT (English) in Railway Schools. The Selection Board conducted written test and viva voce. The norms for selection prescribed as follows:

(3.) Out of the maximum marks of 50, one should secure qualifying marks of 30 in professional ability and overall 60 marks for being eligible for empanelment. About 8 persons appeared in the test.
