M.V.MURALIDARAN, J. - (1.) These writ appeals have been preferred by the writ petitioners against the common order dated 31.07.2019 passed in W.P.(C) Nos. 925 and 926 of 2017 on the file of this Court.
(2.) As the issue involved in both the appeals is one and tie. same, they are taken up together and disposed of by this common judgment.
(3.) The appellants have filed writ petitions viz., W.P.(C) Nos.925 and 926 of 2017 seeking to quash the order dated 04.10.2017 issued by the Secretary, Revenue Department, Government of Manipur, cancelling the allotment order dated 06.05.2002 issued to the appellants.;
