(3.) The Petitioner is in custody since 8/12/2021 in connection with Nayakote P.S. Case No.69/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2073/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Keonjhar for the alleged commission of the offence under Ss. 419/420/468/471/34 of I.P.C.
