MD. SHAKIL VAKIL Vs. REHANA BEGUM & ORS.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application by Purshottam Thakwani, Suresh Thakwani and Ishwar Thakwani. They claim to be the sons of Bhojraj Thakwani. Bhojraj Thakwani died on 7th March 2011.

(2.) There appears to be no dispute that Bhojraj Thakwani was a tenant of three flats on the first, fifth and sixth floors of premises no. 75, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata - 700013.

(3.) Now, this property is the subject matter of a partition and administration suit where Joint Receivers have been appointed by this Court.
