TRACTEL S.A. Vs. TRACTEL TIRFOR INDIA (PVT) LTD.

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Advocate-on-Record for the plaintiff has reconstructed the papers of GA No.3480 of 2000 as according to the report of the Registrar, Original Side, the original papers cannot be found. It is also mentioned in the report of the Registrar, Original Side, dated 23rd December, 2011 that the search for the original records is continuing.

(2.) The reconstructed papers brought by the Advocate-on-Record for the plaintiff are according to a list accompanying them, and are filed in Court today.

(3.) These papers are as follows :
