JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is a winding-up application coming up for final orders, after further publication of advertisement.

(2.) Directions for filing of affidavits were taken on behalf of the company by a firm of solicitors on the undertaking to file a Vakalatnama. No affidavit was filed. Even the Vakalatnama was not filed. Subsequently, this firm took leave to retire. I granted them such leave by my order dated 6th January, 2012.

(3.) Today, the application is appearing as Company Matter (Adjourned) (Unopposed). None appears for the company. No accommodation is sought.
