JUDGEMENT

- (1.)THIS appeal has been filed by the appellant which was opposite party before the District Forum against order dated 10.8.2005 passed by the District Forum, Alwar by which the complaint of the respondents was allowed in the manner that the appellant was ordered to pay Rs. 10,000 as amount of compensation for the loss of horse and further to pay Rs, 500 as amount of costs.
(2.)THE case of the complainant -respondents was that they were having a horse and when the horse became ill it was got examined by the appellant who was compounder in the Govt. Animal Husbandry Hospital and since a wrong poisonous injection was injected by the appellant their horse had died and for that claim was preferred.
(3.)A reply was filed by the appellant that the horse had not died because of injection injected by him but otherwise.
After hearing both the parties the Forum had found the appellant negligent in treating the horse and, therefore, claim was decreed.
