ARINDAM LODH,J. - (1.)Heard Mr. Raju Datta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mr. D. Sharma, learned Addl. G.A., appearing for the State-respondents.
(2.)The petitioner herein has prayed for the following reliefs:-
"It is, therefore, humbly prayed that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to issue Rule upon the Respondents to show cause as to why the respondents should not transmit all records relating to the case of the petitioner.

AND

(3.)As to why Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the State Respondents to grant the Pay scale of Rs.240-440/- under the Tripura Government Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 1975 and/or corresponding revised pay scale from time to time to the petitioner and for payment of consequential arrears of salary.
