(2.)When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that this matter is covered by a judgment passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 435 of 2018, dated 21.01.2019, titled as Sri Babul Debnath and Others v. The State of Tripura and Others.
(3.)The claim of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Graduate Teacher under the Director of School Education, Government of Tripura.
