JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. K.N. Bhattacharji, learned senior counsel, assisted by Mr. S. Acharji, learned counsel appearing for the appellants. None appears for the respondents despite due notice from this court.

(2.) This is an appeal under Section 100 of the CPC against the judgment and decree dated 31.03.2006 delivered in Title Appeal No.5/2006 by the Addl. District Judge, Belonia, South Tripura, affirming the judgment and decree dated 14.12.2005 delivered in Title Suit No.27/2001 by the Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Belonia, South Tripura.
