JUDGEMENT

(1.) KEEPING in view the order passed by this Court under similar circumstances on 16.8.2012 in W.P. No. 12483/2012 with regard to transfer of an employee of the Panchayat, for the present without interfering into the impugned order of transfer on the grounds already considered and decided by this Court on 16.8.2012 in W.P. No. 12483/2012, it is directed that the representation, if any submitted by the petitioner shall be considered and decided in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till the representation is decided status quo with regard to working of the petitioner as is existing today shall be maintained. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it is exclusively for the competent authority to decide the matter.
