(1.) This is the first application preferred by the applicant under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, "the Code"] for grant of anticipatory bail.
(2.) The applicant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.RC2172016(A)0017 registered at the Police Station, C.B.I., Vyapam Scam Cases, Camp Bhopal (MP), in respect of the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 474 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (for brevity, "the IPC") and under Section 3(D) (2)/4 of the M.P. Recognized Examination Act, 1937 (for short, "the Recognized Examination Act").
(3.) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has been falsely implicated in the charge-sheet.;
