Anand Pathak,J. -
(1.) The instant appeal is preferred by the appellant being aggrieved by order dated 1.7.2020 passed by the learned Writ Court in W.P.No.8999/2020, whereby the petition preferred by the petitioner (appellant) is disposed of and it is held that petitioner has no locus standi to maintain the petition.
(2.) Precisely stated facts of the case are that appellant/petitioner preferred the instant petition seeking directions for respondents/authorities to initiate action against respondents No.6 and 7, as according to the petitioner, they were not qualified to hold the post because of pendency of departmental proceedings against them. It was the grievance of the petitioner that on the complaint of petitioner an enquiry was conducted by District Health Officer, Guna, against respondent No.6 and report dated 1.4.2019 was submitted by him thereby giving specific findings against respondent No.6, but the authorities are sitting tight over the said report, much to the chagrin and dismay of the petitioner, therefore, petition was preferred seeking direction to initiate departmental action against respondent No.6.
(3.) Petition was opposed by the counsel for the State on the ground that petitioner does not have any locus standi to file Public Interest Litigation in the realm of service matter.;
