(1.) The instant writ appeal has been preferred against the final order dated 08.02.2021 passed in Writ Petition No.1640/2021 by learned writ Court whereby the petition preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed because of availability of alternative remedy.
(2.) Appellant/Petitioner has preferred the writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
i) That, the present petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed.
ii) That, the respondent No.1 to 3 may kindly be directed to hand over the case Marg No.15/2020 lodged under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. registered at PS Gormi Distt. Bhind regarding death of Abhilakh Singh to any Senior Police Officer or Criminal Investigation Department.
iii) That, the respondents authority may kindly be further directed to make proper enquiry investigation in case and take action accordance with law.
iv) That, Any other writ order and direction, which is found just, suitable and proper in favour of the petitioner, may kindly be granted to the petitioner."

It is the grievance of the petitioner that real brother of appellant drowned in the water on 27.12.2020 and Merg vide No.015/2020 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. was lodged by SHO, Police Station Gormi, District Bhind (respondent No.4 herein). Postmortem of deceased was conducted and, thereafter, matter was under investigation. Grievance of the appellant is that respondent No.4 is not proceeding with correct course of investigation and it appears that his intention is to save the culprit/offenders, therefore, matter requires proper inquiry and investigation by a Senior Police Officer of CID to bring truth to the fore.;
