(1.) In these batch of petitions, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the order dated 06.08.2019, whereby the respondent/ Bhopal Development Authority has cancelled the allotment of Lawyers' Chambers in their favour and confiscated the registration fees.
(2.) The facts and circumstances giving rise to these petitions are almost similar. However, for the sake of clarity, factual matrix of each petition has been mentioned here separately.
(3.) The petitioner in W.P. No. 4182/2020 by way of an application dated 30.06.2012, made a request of allotment of chamber on first floor alongwith registration fee of Rs.3,84,444/-, pursuant to a self financing scheme floated by the respondent/Bhopal Development Authority (in short 'BDA') for allotment of proposed Lawyers' chamber at Lawyers' Chamber building at Arera Hills, Bhopal.;
