HARSHVARDHAN Vs. STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH

JUDGEMENT

(1.) In pursuance of the directions issued by the Apex Court and guidelines issued by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak, the matter was taken up through video conferencing while adhering to the norms of social distancing prescribed by the Government. Heard, learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) This is first application, under section 438 of the Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail.

(3.) Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No.35/20 registered at Police Station Inderganj, District Gwalior for the offences punishable under Sections 420 , 294 and 506 of IPC.
