JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter is heard through video conferencing.

(2.) This is first bail application filed on behalf of the applicant under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(3.) The applicant is in custody since 05.11.2019 in connection with Crime No.755/2019 registered at Police Station M.P. Nagar, Bhopal (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420 , 467 , 468 , 471 , 201 of the IPC.
