JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned counsel for the rival parties are heard through video conferencing.

(2.) IA.4641/2020, third repeat application moved on behalf of sole appellant u/Sec.389 (1) Cr.P.C . for suspension of sentence and grant bail after rejection of earlier ones, is taken up and considered.

(3.) This Criminal appeal assails the judgment dated 20.11.2018 passed in ST No.06/2012 by I Additional Sessions Judge, Sabalgarh, District Morena (M.P.) whereby the present appellant has been convicted and sentenced as under with default stipulations :-
